WIDE DYNAMIC RANGE

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) helps show more detail in both the warm and cool areas of a thermal image. In many thermal systems, extremely hot objects can dominate the image, obscuring cooler areas. WDR smooths out the image so that no important information is lost. Animals hidden behind cover, people in the shade, or cooler parts of the terrain and equipment remain visible and clear. Whether you’re tracking movement, scanning an area, or inspecting equipment, WDR always ensures the complete picture.

DEFOG MODE

Maintain clarity in challenging conditions When fog, haze, or thermal blooming compromise visibility, DeFOG mode automatically increases contrast and sharpness. INTEGRATED LASER RANGEMETER

Know the distance. Master the shot. The Binox 6 Dual features an integrated laser rangefinder that measures distances up to 1,000 yards with an accuracy of ±1 m. Instant range data gives hunters confidence in ethical shot placement, provides SAR teams with accurate information for ground or air units, and allows law enforcement to establish safe distances or perimeters.
