This sword is a reference to the Kurikara also known as Kouma sword (Kōmaken) which Rin Okumaura uses in the anime and manga Blue Exorcist.

The Kurikara was created by Mephisto Pheles as a unique Maken. (Maken are melee weapons endowed with the power of demons. Once the wearer has made a pact with the weapon, he is able to use it to fight demons). The Katana Kurikara has the ability to seal demons within itself. The exorcist Shiro Fujimoto used the sword to seal the demon heart of the half-demon Rin Okumaura.
This katana is designed as a collector's item or decorative object and is also ideal as a prop, e.g. to complete your costume or cosplay.
