Each knife is entirely handcrafted and combines refined lines and finishes with a tough, robust build quality. The blade is polished Damascus with a CowryX powder steel core, which creates a tough, robust knife with unparalleled edge retention. What is striking about Cowry-X steel is the high level of hardness that can be achieved with this steel. Perfect for the truly demanding hunter or knife enthusiast who only settles for the very best.
The HK6cxL comes with a classic Scandinavian leather sheath, which holds the knife securely in place without a clasp. This deep, dangling sheath always hangs straight down, providing extra comfort while sitting or moving. To maintain the sheath, keep it clean and dry. Regular shoe polish is fine, but avoid grease—it makes the leather too soft! If you prefer a 100% waterproof alternative, we recommend the F1 zytel (F1ez) sheath. It fits the HK6 knife quite well. The included leather sheath is called the F1eo and is the same open-top leather sheath as the one for the F1 knife.
