Spyderco has chosen to use VG-10 steel for the blade of the Delica 4 Wharncliffe PE. This high-end Japanese stainless steel has a high amount of carbon and vanadium, making for a considerable hardness, ensuring a great wear resistance and edge holding.
The Spyderco Delica 4 Wharncliffe PE can be opened with one hand with the well-known thumb hole and once opened, it will securely be kept in place between the skeletonised stainless liners with the back lock. The scales are made of strong fibreglass reinforced nylon (FRN) with a grippy texture.
