The Gentleman´s Stockman Folding Knife with 3 blades, which has been customarily called a Stockman knife, has a clip point, spey point and a sheep´s foot styled blade.
The Stockman Series is Cold Steels variation on the classic gentlemans slip joint knife. It features handles made from authentic bone and is highlighted with polished metal bolsters. The rugged handles are substantially sized for hard work, even with gloved hands. It is constructed in a traditional Jack Knife pattern, with three polished stainless steel blades: a clip point blade for piercing and cutting, a spey blade for skinning and gutting, and a sheepsfoot blade to avoid piercing during any slicing work. It makes a great pocket knife that is perfect for domestic projects, outdoor use or as a hunting knife.
